DESCRIPTION
Salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan suatu organisasi terletak pada kekuatan komunikasi publik yang dijalankannya. Belajar dari berbagai kasus yang menimpa banyak organisasi dan perusahaan, dimana reputasi organisasi/ perusahaan yang telah mapan dapat anjlok secara drastis, maka hal ini perlu diantisipasi. Salah satu resiko yang dihadapi oleh pengelola organisasi adalah resiko reputasi berkaitan dengan munculnya publisitas negatif dari masyarakat dan atau media massa yang sekarang ini sedang marak terjadi di Indonesia. Penanganan ini memerlukan perhatian serius dan mendalam dari organisasi bersangkutan.
Membangun komunikasi secara efektif dengan masyarakat/publik dan media bukanlah pekerjaan gampang. Begitu banyak krisis atau permasalahan yang dihadapi kalangan swasta/pemerintah akibat kurang mampunya membangun “good understanding” secara win-win dengan berbagai stakeholders terkait, khususnya media massa. Krisis ini bahkan bisa menjadi berlarut dan pada gilirannya akan mempengaruhi citra dan moral dari organisasi di mata publik, khususnya media massa. 
Penguasaan aspek komunikasi massa/publik yang efektif dan tepat sasaran akan memberi pengaruh signifikan terhadap reputasi organisasi dan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan efektifitas komunikasi massa terutama pada saat krisis harus mendapat prioritas. Melalui keterampilan komunikasi massa/publik yang efektif, tentu saja suatu organisasi akan tetap mampu mempertahankan reputasi dan produktivitasnya, terutama pada saat dalam kondisi krisis dan berada dalam tekanan media massa.
Workshop ini dimaksudkan sebagai media pembelajaran bagi peserta untuk mempelajari secara mendalam langkah-langkah konseptual aplikatif dalam rangka menangani krisis yang terjadi serta berada dalam tekanan publisitas negatif oleh media massa.

Power System Protection and Relay Coordination

DESCRIPTION
The training in the principles and methods used to perform protective device coordination studies for low voltage through distribution level power systems with or without software. This is one of the few courses that is not merely a software training course. Specifically designed for industrial and government engineers that want knowledge of the principles of protective device coordination but also practical knowledge of how to achieve reasonable and economical device coordination.
The only course which can cover both national codes and standards and government criteria that affect coordination philosophies. Covers concepts, procedures, and guidance not covered in other courses in the industry. Examples will include critical systems fed from emergency generators and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
